The problem
Brown water in the mornings, pressure that dropped to a trickle when two fixtures ran, and pinhole leaks appearing in the crawlspace every few months.
How we fixed it
- 01Mapped the existing runs and planned a route through closets and the crawlspace to protect original plaster.
- 02Repiped the full house in PEX-A with a manifold, new shutoffs at every fixture and proper support.
- 03Insulated exposed crawlspace runs against winter freezing.
- 04Pressure-tested, flushed the system and patched the limited drywall we had to open.
The result
Clear water, strong simultaneous pressure and no more pinhole surprises. Finished a day ahead of the quoted schedule.
