Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Burst pipes, no water, sewer backups — call us any time at (479) 405-3333. True plumbing emergencies are prioritized for the fastest available response.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. United Plumbing is licensed and insured in Arkansas and handles required permits when applicable.
Do you give free estimates?
Free Estimates on Installs. Service calls include an $89 diagnostic fee, disclosed before scheduling. Estimates for qualifying installation and replacement projects are free.
How much does a water heater install cost?
Water-heater pricing depends on the unit, fuel type, venting, access and code upgrades required. Every installation includes a written, upfront quote before work begins.
Will you tear up my yard to fix a sewer or water line?
Only when there's no other option. We camera-inspect first, look at trenchless and spot-repair options, and clean up after ourselves so your yard isn't destroyed.
Do you handle commercial plumbing?
Yes. We work on residential and commercial properties across NWA — offices, restaurants, retail and multi-family.
Why are you cheaper than the big-name plumbing companies?
We explain the available options and provide the price before approved work begins.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Workmanship warranties vary by service and are clearly listed on your written estimate. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts and equipment. Drain-clearing services do not include a warranty against future stoppages.
