The failed water heater and underlying pressure problem
The home's existing water heater had failed. During our evaluation, United Plumbing also identified a failed water pressure regulator that was allowing excessive pressure into the plumbing system and had contributed to the water-heater failure. The result
The Bella Vista home now has controlled household water pressure, reliable hot water from a new 50-gallon electric water heater, and improved hot-water response from the comfort pump. Correcting the failed regulator addressed the cause of the original equipment failure and helps protect the new water heater, fixtures, valves, and supply lines.
